Two years after Alexia Duchêne won Alain Ducasse over on the set of Top Chef, he entrusts her with his famous Parisian bistro where she signs a modern menu guided by the same values as the chef’s: a responsible cuisine which draws its influences from nature and advocates the simplicity of tastes honouring French terroirs.
For lunch
A beautiful 3-course menu is featuring the daily catch and vegetables of the season.
Produce of French terroirs cooked in a contemporary style make the associations both daring and reassuring at the same time, therefore creating a contrast between the decoration of the restaurant and the plate.
For dinner
Dinner menu made up from the individual preferences is ideal for sharing: Pissaladière with sweet onion from Cévènnes, Foie gras fried with buckwheat, figs and tomato condiment or Chocolate mousse made with chocolate from our Manufacture Alain Ducasse, cocoa nibs ice cream.
As a tribute to the historical specialty of the restaurant, duck with olives is revisited as a pithiviers, for two to share.
Wines
Beside Alexia’s selection of natural, organic wines labeled Haute Valeur Environnementale, some prestigious appellations from Burgundy, Rhone Valley and Bordeaux will still be offered at particularly affordable prices. Therefore, wine connoisseurs will be able to find the pleasure of prestigious wines.
